The Elsewhere School

Group research-project, since 2019 – Research in Conviviality. In Fužine, Gorski Kotar County, Croatia and in Vienna.

As part of the European Capital of Culture Rijeka 2020 within a program of 27 Neighborhoods in collaboration with the University of Applied Arts Vienna, first year and second year MA students from Art and Science Department had two residencies in Fužine, Gorski Kotar County in Croatia. Together with the local community–various informants, stakeholders and young adults and children–we have organised activities and made new plans for building the “Elsewhere School”.
